BROKER’S COMMISSION DISPUTE ARBITRATION PROGRAM
Administered by Peppard-ADR
WRE offers an independent, expeditious, efficient and cost-effective system for resolving Broker’s commission disputes through arbitration. The WRE Broker’s Commission Dispute Arbitration Program was designed to meet the unique needs of Wisconsin brokers. The program is independently administered by Peppard-ADR, with offices in Madison, Wisconsin. Peppard-ADR is not an affiliate of or otherwise owned or controlled by WRE or any realty firm.
Arbitration provides a proven method for resolving disputes between and among real estate executives and licensed professional realtors. Arbitration is a confidential process, and it is faster and less expensive, as well as freer of legal complexity, than are lawsuits in the courts.
Under the WRE program, Broker’s commission disputes are decided, after a fair hearing of the evidence of all parties, by an experienced real estate attorney-arbitrator selected by the parties from a statewide panel of neutral arbitrators.
