Reinhart provides comprehensive services to land title industry members. That includes representation of title insurers and agents in policy coverage issues, escrow and closing litigation, and regulatory matters. We also represent insureds in defending or clearing title. We handle a wide range of boundary and easement disputes and are wise in the intricacies of the law concerning recordings, curing of title and adverse possession. Our team also represents title companies in sophisticated policy coverage issues, claims of escrow negligence and disputes concerning claimed Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) violations.

Mr. Nielsen is the author of the book Title & Escrow Claims Guide, the editor of The Title Insurance Law Newsletter, and the author of Chapter 10, Title Insurance, of Methods of Practice (4th Edition), published by West. Bush was in-house counsel to two national title insurers for a combined 16 years and has litigated and resolved title disputes in private practice for an additional eight years. He is a past President of both the Wisconsin and Michigan Land Title Associations.
