WRE was developed by Rick Staff, former general counsel of the Wisconsin Realtors® Association, who identified the need for a comprehensive network of service providers and laid out the concept for WRE.  “After 20 years of working with real estate brokers around the state, one of the greatest frustrations I saw was the lack of a good system to connect the brokers with the resources they needed,” said Staff.
